Don't worry, bestie! In today's quick tip, I'll teach you a new trick on how to work with new trauma by playing Tetris.
Yes, you've read that right! Tetris!! And just as a disclaimer, this is not medical advice, but it is a useful tool to prevent visual flashbacks from being created in the future.
And in today's episode, I'll tell you why and how effective it is. I also teach this technique to my students whenever they are triggered by dating burnout and other traumatic events.
Just over the weekend, I did it myself after getting stuck in an elevator!!! And yes, there's a lot of interesting stuff that I'm going to talk about today, so buckle up!
